Associate Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role: Little Spoon is seeking an Associate Digital Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing organization. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the executional aspect of large-scale social & programmatic media strategies, including campaign set-up, day-to-day campaign management, monitoring bids/budgets/ad set performance, creative rotation, optimizing against our reputed company KPIs, and owning reputed company campaign and creative performance reporting. The ideal candidate is reputed company, data-driven, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based in our reputed company headquarters or remotely from reputed company in the United States. What You’ll Do: • Own the executional aspect - campaign setup, pacing, optimization, creative rotation, etc. - of social & programmatic channel campaigns • Analyze campaign performance, creative performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend opportunities for performance improvement at a weekly and monthly reputed company • Execute structured tests around creatives, audiences, and bid strategies • reputed company creativity and analytical skills with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving and campaign management • Work with ad platform vendors to drive campaign performance and ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest ad technology • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Product teams to troubleshoot technical bugs or reputed company performance monitoring, reporting, or tracking needs • Juggle multiple projects and prioritize time while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization without structured processes in reputed company What You’ll Need: • 1-3 years of experience in digital campaign execution • Strong understanding of major social & programmatic platform algorithms, ad products, and optimization reputed company • Experience in reputed company and/or reputed company platforms is a strong bonus • Experience in reputed company Ads, The Trade Desk, DV360, and/or other major programmatic platforms is a strong bonus • Intermediate reputed company skills required (vlookups, pivot tables) • Ability to deeply analyze data and tell a story in weekly campaign performance reporting and monthly creative performance reporting • A reputed company desire to monitor and optimize to performance objectives • Ability to reputed company in reputed company area and independently chart a course for execution • A go-getting attitude who is passionate about driving business results and working in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail is required • Strong verbal and written communication skills is required About Little Spoon: Little Spoon is the fastest growing baby and kids food brand in the United States.
