About the job As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring they receive fast, helpful, and efficient support. You’ll play a key role in addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and contributing to our excellent reputed company for customer care. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, providing comprehensive assistance to clients.
