IT Solutions Engineer - Fully Remote
Description: *Remote position. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Solutions Engineers are the subject matter experts reputed company it comes to reputed company Managed IT services. You will collaborate directly with the sales, sales support, and engineering teams by acting as the technical SME on customer calls and solutions presentations. In addition, you will determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as a liaison between the sales/business development and engineering teams through the pre-sales processor until a deal is closed. Responsibilities Work with the sales team on opportunities and act as the technical resource to design reputed company solutions. Scope technical solutions to meet customer requirements, assess customer needs and recommend reputed company solutions to optimize value. Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and technical engineering teams to align the solution design with client requirements. Provide coaching to team members and sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills. Monitor technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process to identify potential risks of deal closure. Requirements: What You Bring to the Team Some network experience is preferred 5 years of IT engineering or sales engineer experience with experience designing, implementing, and managing reputed company IT solutions, systems, or services. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technology best practice standards and the ability to speak intelligently about them.
