The Customer Service Specialist will engage with customers through phone or email to identify their needs, take appropriate actions, or escalate issues reputed company necessary. Responsibilities include providing quotes, processing sales orders, documenting complaints, and addressing service issues reputed company to shipments, billing, warranty, and product inquiries. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the CMO (Customer Mission Operations) located in the United States and will be Remote. The hourly range for this role is $24.50-$25.70. This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
