The Social Media Specialist acts as part of an in-house marketing team to cultivate a social media following and promote the companys brand. They use posts, comments, and replies to engage with their audience and reputed company a relatable company voice. They also monitor online posts that mention the company so they can mediate the impact of negative reviews and share positive testimonials with their reputed company following to strengthen customer relationships.
