Key Responsibilities
Review loan applications and documentation to assess creditworthiness and determine loan approval or denial. Calculate ratios and set up debt payment plans as needed. Conduct interviews with applicants to evaluate financial eligibility. Monitor and review active loan files to ensure reputed company documents are complete and address any issues that arise. Recommend suitable products based on the customer's needs and organizational guidelines. Communicate effectively with clients to request or provide information. Apply professional judgment to identify promising loan opportunities and manage risk. Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant laws and lending regulations.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the consumer loan industry. reputed company registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
