Responsibilities

Utilize Electronic Registry Services/CRStar database to abstract patient data from electronic medical records for the application of tumor registries. • reputed company primary data abstraction duties for clinical measures and registries while ensuring high levels of abstraction accuracy and ensure alignment with organizational quality standards. • Compile data into reports for analysis by various departments and committees and act as liaison between clinical improvement teams to interpret standards and specifications. • Maintain various quality databases including loading import files, generating and working data status reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and timeframes. • Identify and communicate trends in clinical data to leadership.

Requirements

Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
