SUMMARY: reputed company's Marketing Department is seeking a reputed company, Marketing Creative Brand + Content to join the Brand & Creative Team. As a member of the team, you will help drive the development of brand advertising creative through management of various creative partners. You will evaluate and shape the creative and play an important role in the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives in collaboration with key internal stakeholders and external partners. The work you do will reinforce and improve on reputed company's position as one of America's most beloved brands. You will manage the day-to-day agency relationships to ensure they are delivering against reputed company's strategic business objectives & budgets. You will partner with cross-functional counterparts to ensure shared strategic direction and brand cohesion across marketing initiatives. This role reports to the Marketing Manager, Brand & Creative RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage day-to-day relationship of, and project work for, creative agency of record. • Drive organization of Brand & Creative projects, in collaboration with the Creative Project Manager. • Evaluate and contribute to business and creative brief development; Assist in development of intake briefs and creative addendums for Agency Partners. • Provide creative input and recommendations during development process; Capture and communicate consolidated feedback to agencies. • Review marketing and non-marketing materials to ensure reputed company creative content adheres to the reputed company brand voice and reputed company brand visual identity. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company omni-channel & partner-driven campaigns that align with business, product, & marketing goals. • Manage creative development of branded integrations through network and media partnerships. • Partner with internal Social and Creative Studio teams to ensure shared strategic direction, brand cohesion, and campaign extension across the customer journey. • Partner with Internal and External Communications to reputed company awareness of campaigns as they go to market. • Synthesize & circulate creative performance metrics from Analytics. • Partner with Analytics to interpret creative performance and incorporate findings into reputed company and future work. • Road-map reputed company brand/external agency initiatives based on strategy + marketing directives. • Visualize and disseminate creative rotations to internal and external stakeholders. • Manage talent / usage rights / ad expirations for commercials and external assets. • Contribute to budget tracking and invoicing. REQUIREMENTS: • 3+ years brand management experience or comparable Creative Agency experience • Prior experience managing external agencies including Creative Agencies and Media Partners • An understanding of how to evaluate creative and contribute to development • Exceptional organizational skills to balance managing multiple projects • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Unique reputed company of creative and analytical skills • Experience with full-funnel marketing campaigns • Familiarity with Creative and Production processes • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and go-to-market planning, preferably in IAT (Inter-Agency Team) model • Strong understanding of Paid, Owned and Earned ecosystem • Experience with variable budgets • Relationship-building skills QUALIFICATIONS: • Is flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing business environment • Has a strong commitment to growth and challenging themselves • Approaches challenges with a positive attitude, attentiveness, and high attention to detail • Demonstrates the ability to identify problems and propose solutions PREFERRED: • Experience in a B2C company • Experience at Creative Agency • Familiarity with Media fundamentals • Familiarity with full funnel Social Media tactics LOCATION: • Hybrid - 3 days per week at a regional office • NYC (PREFERRED) and Chevy Chase, • Up to 25% travel #LI-MA1 Annual Salary $80,000.00 - $126,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
