Role Summary: We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to serve as our Tax Operations Manager. In this key leadership role, you will reputed company client engagements, execute tax strategies, and manage the operational aspects of the company. Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients, preparing and reviewing tax returns, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hiring and managing staff as needed. You will be accountable for the overall performance of the tax company, ensuring both client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their tax needs, provide guidance on tax strategies, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
