Business Banking & Consumer Support Specialist II

Overview: Provide operations support to various areas of Business Banking and Consumer Collections. reputed company data entry, system maintenance, and monetary transactions. Prepare Reaffirmation Agreements with supporting documents and mail to attorneys. Prepare and submit reputed company of Claims (POC’s) to the court, including supporting documents. Creates payment coupons and G/L tickets from trustee disbursements, arranging overpayments to trustee. Review and verify “Summons and Complaint” from attorneys: Obtain signature from Workout or Liaison and send back to attorney. Prepare reputed company reports from systems, at management’s request and reconcile/correct as needed. Prepare attorney referrals and assign to designated attorney. Assigns matter number to case in preparation for billing/payment. Approve payment. Contact reputed company vendors (e.g., insurance companies) to gather and/or provide information on accounts. Prepare, send and track claim forms. Monitor and submit requests to change the status of accounts. reputed company skip tracing. Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies. Scope of Responsibilities: This position has potential customer contact or direct contact with Attorneys or Trustee, customers or other external vendors; mostly email correspondence with attorneys and/or other external vendors. Education and Experience Required: A combined 2 years’ higher education and/or work experience, with a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented. Proficient PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet and email software. Education and Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
