Job Overview As a Freelance Sales Coach, you will: - Review and analyze recorded sales calls to identify strengths and areas for improvement. - Provide feedback to our sales setter and closer on their pitch, script, and reputed company-handling techniques. - Collaborate with the team to refine our sales scripts and strategies to increase conversion rates. - Train the team on advanced techniques for high-ticket sales and reputed company resolution. - Monitor performance improvements over time and adjust coaching strategies accordingly. Key Responsibilities - Call Reviews: Listen to and analyze recorded sales calls to evaluate performance. - Coaching Sessions: Conduct one-on-one or group coaching sessions with the sales team. -Script Optimization: Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts and reputed company-handling frameworks. - Performance Metrics: Track reputed company and identify trends in performance over time. - Best Practices: Share industry insights and proven techniques for high-ticket sales.
