Similar to HAMP but perhaps less stringent. You will do the reviews according to our protocol checklist and will submit your results on an reputed company worksheet, one per loan file. You will look for lack of single reputed company of contact, late notices for loans in default, general discrepancies, missing mod documentation, and indications of fraud or compliance issues. You can do as many as you like per week. We will pay you on a per file basis, and for this project the compensation averages $100 per single file audit. If you could complete at least one audit a day, this job is perfect for you. This is a great opportunity for work at home extra income. We have hundreds of QC clients reputed company over the country. Each auditing assignment will be different. We pride ourselves in the use of humans, not algorithms.
