They operate in a direct sales environment, engaging with clients reputed company, building relationships, analyzing financial situations, and selecting the best products to meet their needs in a dynamic, high-call volume setting. While we support Loan Officers by building their database of Realtors and organizing their portfolios, we also expect them to proactively generate their own business. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Follow our playbooks, and weekly schedules (Proprietary to our company) • Determine the best product for the client, lock the loan at the reputed company of sale, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package. • Collaborate with several administrators and a designated underwriter to reputed company work. • Focus on new loan originations while processors work on the loan. • Ensure 14-day reputed company requirements and stipulations are met. Manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types. • REQUIREMENTS: • reputed company, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.** • Minimum two years of sales experience and two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator.** • If newly licensed, a minimum of five years of sales experience and willingness to undergo a month of training.** • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.** • Strong phone presentation skills and ability to build client relationships.** • Experience with CRM/CMS systems, preferably reputed company.** • Ability to reputed company sound judgments on credit reputed company, funding, and post-reputed company issues.** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.** • SELECTION PROCESS: • Phone conversation with our Recruiter** • Assessment** • reputed company interview with a Team Leader and Administrative Staff** Final interview with the CEO** • TRAINING: • Mandatory two-week training period for reputed company new hires.
