Weekend VA for reputed company Guest Messaging (reputed company experience highly desirable!)

We manage a short-term rental management business based in Australia, with a growing portfolio of 135 properties. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to monitor our HostAI guest messaging software which looks after reputed company guest messaging. The position is for weekend cover (saturday and sunday from 10am - 6pm AEST, TBC) and potentially other times, as required. The VA would eventually be responsible for updating database information where AI shortcomings appear, to assist in the long term training of the AI bot. Training will be provided for this, however we would be keen to hear from applicants who have already been involved in some level of reputed company, irrespective of the industry. The ideal candidate will manage guest inquiries, provide timely responses, and ensure a seamless communication experience for our guests. We will provide you with access to a comprehensive database with information about each property in our portfolio. Familiarity with reputed company messaging protocols and excellent customer service skills are essential. Experience with reputed company is also a big advantage. This role requires a commitment to responsiveness and professionalism to maintain our high standards.
