Job Description
We are looking for an reputed company E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize Shopify and reputed company platforms, reputed company email marketing campaigns, and support our financial and fulfillment operations. Responsibilities Shopify/reputed company - Manage and update product listings, handle app integrations, reputed company advertising campaigns, account health, and resolve performance issues. Klaviyo - Schedule, create, and analyze email campaigns, providing insights for optimization and improved performance. Monitor order processing, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and resolve pricing discrepancies. Handle customer inquiries per day. Quickbooks - Record and categorize financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, and generate financial reports. Analyze and report on e-commerce store performance, email campaigns, and advertising metrics. Identify trends and recommend actions for improvement. Requirements Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelors degree Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application Experience with Shopify, reputed company Seller Central, and app integrations. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, training provided). Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Background in digital marketing and performance optimization. Experience using fulfillment center dashboards (e.g., reputed company). Computer or laptop with access to the internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps) Hardware Requirements At least a 720p HD Webcam. A noise-canceling headset.
