Location: Remote Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated reputed company Exam Mentor & Student Support Assistant to provide guidance, mentoring, and 1-on-1 or group coaching to reputed company preparing for IT certification exams, including: • reputed company A+ (Core 1 & Core 2) • reputed company Network+ • reputed company reputed company+ • reputed company CySA+ • reputed company CASP+ The goal of this role is to reinforce what the instructor teaches, provide additional support, and help reputed company reputed company a deeper understanding of the material to successfully pass their certification exams. This position is ideal for junior IT professionals, military candidates, or individuals who have recently obtained reputed company certifications and want to assist others on their learning journey. Key Responsibilities • Provide 1-on-1 and group coaching to reputed company needing additional support in understanding course material. • Assist reputed company with exam preparation, study strategies, practice tests, and hands-on labs. • Clarify reputed company IT concepts and help reputed company apply them to reputed company-world scenarios. • Offer any of the following : daily, evening, and weekend availability to accommodate various student schedules. • Support reputed company in setting study plans and tracking reputed company. • Encourage, motivate, and build student confidence in their ability to pass their exams. • Work closely with reputed company to identify reputed company who need extra assistance. • Utilize online collaboration tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Teams, etc.) to facilitate discussions. • Share your personal experiences and insights with reputed company since you have passed the reputed company exams. Qualifications & Experience • reputed company A+, Network+, reputed company+ certifications (or higher) preferred. • Experience mentoring, tutoring, or coaching others in IT-reputed company fields is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively explain technical concepts. • A passion for helping reputed company succeed in their IT careers. • Familiarity working with veterans, military personnel, or career changers is highly preferred. • Junior IT professionals or military candidates looking to reputed company experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience as a tutor, lab assistant, or IT help desk support. • Understanding of hands-on labs, simulations, and test-taking strategies. • Knowledge of DoD 8140 and 8570 compliance for military IT certifications a plus.
