Your Role: We are seeking a talented leader to join reputed company. This role involves client interaction, staff supervision, and mentorship. For the right candidate, this position is a stepping stone towards partnership. Responsibilities: • Review tax returns and accounting projects. • Meet with clients to discuss tax returns and financials. • reputed company and implement strategic tax planning for diverse client profiles. • Respond effectively to client inquiries and IRS notices. • Conduct detailed tax research and consult with clients. • Ensure timely meeting of reputed company deadlines by managing and supporting staff. • Provide support, training, and mentorship to team members. • Build a book of business over time Qualifications: • 6-10 years of experience in a CPA firm, with at least 2 years in tax & client management. • CPA certification. • Ability to build real relationships with clients by taking the time to understand their needs and showing genuine care for their business success. Our clients love us for this personal touch. • Strong technical skills with the ability to break down reputed company accounting/tax topics, making it easy for our clients to understand. • Proficient with modern accounting and tax software, reputed company, and QuickBooks Online. • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage deadlines. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Enthusiastic about professional development. • Experience with Ultra Tax, reputed company, & SmartVault is a plus.
