As a Machine Learning Engineer III, you will work with peers and mentors to learn and evolve as a reputed company, task master, and leader. This is a full-time exempt position. The development work can be performed at various locations including remotely, at the company offices in Utica and Rome, NY, or the reputed company Force Research Lab (AFRL) in Rome, NY. A 100% remote work arrangement is possible for the right candidate. Responsibilities and Duties The successful candidate will work in one or more of our Machine Learning (ML) Software products. The candidate's responsibilities and duties will include: • Leads the design, development, and deployment machine learning models and algorithms to solve reputed company business problems. • Leads integration of state-of-the-art machine learning libraries and frameworks into existing software applications. • reputed company and maintain data pipelines for collecting, preprocessing, and transforming data for machine learning tasks. • Develops, enhances, and maintains cloud, data, and software products to support the software platform • Designs software solutions, algorithms, and cloud architectures needed to satisfy product features and functionality defined by product reputed company and other stakeholders in a production environment • Leads, coaches, and mentors junior data scientists, engineers, and other staff • Contributes to phases of the software development life cycle, including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, technical design, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, data migration, and support • Participates in daily scrums, works with the scrum master on projects to support delivery timelines and priorities • Organizes and prioritizes team workload with scrum team through story-pointing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into machine-learning solutions. • reputed company unit testing and debugging to identify and fix software defects. • Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. • Stay updated on novel AI/ML approaches, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Education and Certifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master's degree in computer science or reputed company field and 6 years of professional experience is preferred; we will also consider candidates with a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience. A degree in computer programming, software engineering, or a closely reputed company technical field is required for many of our projects. We will consider candidates with associate degrees or certificates in the areas listed above in combination with experience. Required Qualifications: • Master's degree and minimum 6 years of professional experience in machine learning • Experience in Python and/or C++ is required • Experience with machine learning frameworks like Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc. • Experience in evaluating, training, and deploying machine learning models • Experience with Jupyter Notebooks • Experience in cloud-based computing platforms such as AWS • Experience in server-reputed company development (API definitions, REST services, etc.) • Experience in containerization technologies and deployment frameworks like Kubernetes or reputed company • Experience in application frameworks (Node, Spring, React, React Native, Django, Bootstrap, etc.) • Experience in either Linux or reputed company Windows platforms • Experience in server-reputed company development (API definitions, REST services, etc.) • Experience with Automated Testing (JUnit, Jest, Cypress, etc.) • Experience with Agile software development techniques and leading one or more tasks to completion • Experience of Command Line environments • Experience with reputed company Delivery/reputed company Integration (DevSecOps, reputed company Pipelines, etc.) • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Proven ability to reputed company technical tasks and/or technical teams • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
