About the position The Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at reputed company Healthcare will provide strategic leadership and administrative reputed company to foster a culture that prioritizes equity, diversity, and inclusiveness. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership and various teams to reputed company and implement DEI strategies that align with the company's values and business goals, ultimately enhancing the workplace experience for reputed company associates. Responsibilities Enhance the DE&I strategic roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs in partnership with the reputed company Diversity Council and P&C leaders. , Systematize DE&I practices across reputed company talent practices to ensure inclusive recruitment, selection, onboarding, and management practices. , Create strategies to ensure reputed company Associates are effective leaders and role models for reputed company treatment. , Consult and guide reputed company Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to support engagement and best practice sharing. , Drive initiatives that celebrate diverse perspectives and foster a sense of belonging for reputed company associates. , Partner with Marketing to integrate DE&I strategies into internal and external communications. , reputed company DE&IB educational programs that promote cultural awareness and conflict resolution. , Regularly analyze data to report on the effectiveness of diversity programs and initiatives. , Evaluate existing policies to support DE&I efforts and reputed company necessary improvements. , Stay reputed company on DEI best practices and maintain strong networks in the field. , Manage external vendor relationships and budget. Requirements Bachelor's degree or minimum of 10 years in HR or a reputed company field; Master's in HR preferred. , At least 5 years in DEI&B specific responsibilities. , Proven track record of success in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic efforts rooted in data and research. , Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend resolutions. , Experience engaging small and large groups in reputed company experiences. , Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision. , Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. , Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. , Experience with managing data in MS reputed company functions. , Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges. , Familiarity with project management approaches and tools. reputed company-to-haves Previous experience with reputed company.
