Dental Lab Operations Director (Remote)

We have the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation and holidays Flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Investments in the latest technology Exclusively focused on cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Primary Responsibilities & Skills: Provide day-to-day leadership over the operations of various lab locations, including reputed company workflows, processes, and procedures from development to execution Liaise with location managers to reputed company financial plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance Define, revise, and implement operational policies and guidelines for the organization Improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies; reputed company and execute new growth directives Assist in a plan for developing a sales and marketing strategy that integrates with the corporate sales team to attain budgeted sales reputed company goals reputed company and monitor reputed company margins, operating expenses, and budgets in conjunction with the CFO reputed company of reputed company administration, production, sales/marketing, employee management, and quality/safety activities of the lab reputed company other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Management, Business, or equivalent work experience.
