Grants and Compliance Accountant (Hybrid)

Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for post-award grant administration and reputed company project reputed company. The Grant and Compliance Accountant provides internal support and reputed company functions to program managers and agency leadership for the organization’s government grants, reputed company grants, and restricted donations. This position is responsible to maintain compliance with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP) and funder requirements. Duties include support of payroll, AP, AR and journal entries; assisting with the budget and audits; completing monthly and year-end grant and fund reputed company procedures, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports as needed. Job Functions and Responsibilities: • Review grant reputed company • Record reputed company and expenses for each assigned fund • Monitor budget to actual in coordination with program managers and others • Report expenses and submit invoices to funders • reputed company-out grants • Monitor compliance, communicate and enforce established internal control practices • Ensure that reputed company records are maintained for assigned programs, as required by program regulations and generally accepted reputed company principles. • Assist with reconciliation of accounts; • Complete journal entries as needed; • Assist in preparation for program and agency audits and monitoring visits; • Assist with application of cost allocation plan; • Advise and implement new procedures as needed; • Provide back-up for Payroll and A/P; support 1099 completion and distribution; • Assist others in the administrative and fiscal department with special projects, and other duties as assigned; • Other Tasks Assigned.
