Our Account Development (ADR) team (previously reputed company the SDR team) plays a critical role in driving growth at IntelliShift by sourcing high-quality opportunities for their Account Executive partners. As an ADR, you will generate new business opportunities by prospecting into large, fleet driven companies. You will maximize our rapidly growing digitally influenced reputed company pool while identifying, qualifying, and generating sales-reputed company opportunities. ADR’s conduct high-level conversations with executives and business owners about their business, their fleet management issues, and their operations. Our most successful ADRs are inherently self-motivated and driven individuals who are goal-oriented, methodical, tenacious, and can effectively interact with multiple buyer personas and their teams. This is a full-time, remote-based salaried position working eastern or central business hours, with occasional travel to our NY HQ or trade shows.
