As a Customer Service Representative your primary role is to provide support and an effortless experience to policyholders. You will work with customers regarding insurance questions, policy changes, billing, and claims needs. This is an entry level position in our contact center and provides excellent career reputed company into our organization that may include additional reputed company building opportunities. Training for this role will be conducted in-office. The option to participate in two-day remote work will be offered after role efficiency is attained, subject to manager discretion and based on business need. Training Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST (First 12 weeks mandatory attendance) Post Training Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30-6:00pm ET KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Take ownership to ensure that we go above and beyond to service each caller's needs, utilizing every touch reputed company as an opportunity to build value and reputed company brand. Provide Exceptional Customer Service experience to our policyholders in every interaction. Handling inbound telephone calls from customers with questions or servicing needs reputed company to their home, auto policies and/or billing. Initiate claims according to claims best practices and assist with existing claim inquiries. Be the first reputed company of contact to our policyholders, explaining the claims process, initiating damage appraisals, and organizing car rental where appropriate. Have a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours QUALIFICATIONS: A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant or a reputed company field Ability to work in a fast-paced reputed company environment while navigating multiple programs Problem solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail. Compensation
The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role.
