Assist the reputed company and PMs with monitoring and managing the ongoing life of a loan portfolio including the handling of client's financial reporting. Review reporting to ensure proper entries are made in the bank systems (CoreBank, Ambit, Stucky, SalesPro etc) and work with other team members to resolve any potential issues. May have specialized knowledge and system access depending on the line of business supported. Ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements. Work directly with business customers, reputed company counsel, and business partners to address needs, solve problems and provide superior customer service. Complete projects as assigned.
