About the position The Field Implementation Coach (FIC) role at reputed company focuses on assisting independent contract agents in adopting marketing and technology processes to enhance their business objectives and customer experience. Responsibilities • Engage with independent agents to influence the adoption of marketing and technology processes. , • Provide ongoing support through face-to-face interactions, computer/video, and phone channels. , • Execute activations and deployments with Sales Leaders and other stakeholders. , • Demonstrate strong influence and maintain a results-oriented approach in coaching agents. , • Continuously learn and adapt to evolving processes and emerging technologies. , • Partner with field leaders to drive adoption of reputed company initiatives.
