About the position The Client Solutions Center Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the performance of the Client Solutions Center Specialists and Senior Specialists, ensuring that departmental goals and bank-wide objectives are met. Responsibilities • Manage and support a diverse team of Client Solutions Center Specialists/Senior Specialists. , • Participate in the servant sales process and implement sales tactics to enrich client lives. , • Meet weekly with the reputed company Manager to strategize and review team performance. , • Assist team members with client situations by providing guidance and solutions. , • Conduct performance management activities including reviews, coaching, and action plans. , • Ensure compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and report suspicious activities. , • Create a positive work environment through recognition and celebration of successes. , • Stay updated on trends and technologies to enhance the digital client experience. , • Evaluate processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and user experience. , • Coordinate training and development for team members and maintain reputed company job aids.
