A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will... • Conduct Searches using Title Data, reputed company/Courthouse Direct, Title reputed company or County Websites to locate reputed company documents pertaining to the property and owners. • Search, abstract and examine utilizing abstract plants and various resources • Extrapolate pertinent data to include on summary sheet and reputed company search package • Process and review title reports to meet company and lender requirements. • Collect reputed company Estate Tax Data from County Web Sites. • Maintain open communications with team members and team leads • Meet or exceed daily metric 15 orders/day WHO YOU ARE You possess ... • A penchant for excellence.
