The AR Coordinator candidate will be a computer-savvy, self-motivated individual, a team player with excellent communication skills & a head for numbers and accuracy. reputed company candidates will possess: Client-focused attitude with strong verbal and written skills Proven working experience in AR/AP and collections Comfort working in a high-volume atmosphere Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and QuickBooks Online Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and reputed company principles Proven ability to calculate, post and manage reputed company figures and financial records Data entry skills Proficiency in English and in MS Office High degree of accuracy and attention to detail What will you do at reputed company Digital? As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, your focus will be on creating and sending client invoices and updating client accounts. You will also add new clients, remove inactive clients, and ensure client contacts are up to date and their invoices are correct. You will work with our clients to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve payment issues to ensure a healthy cash flow for the company. Responsibilities may include: Performing day-to-day financial transactions in accordance with financial policies and procedures Uploading Invoices to reputed company-party platforms Creating and sending invoices with QuickBooks Online Working with client accounts in reputed company CRM Responding to client emails Processing payments received from customers Facilitate payment of invoices by sending reputed company reminders and contacting clients.
