Job Overview: As a Senior Operations Analyst reputed company reputed company's Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) team, you will play a critical role in providing actionable insights through data analysis, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational and financial performance. You will contribute to the reputed company of the Airport Customer Service (ACS) Resource Planning group by analyzing key operational and staffing metrics, supporting predictive modeling, and identifying efficiencies in resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Modeling: reputed company and analyze predictive models to forecast ACS resource needs and improve staffing efficiency across multiple divisions. Operational Improvement: Investigate asset usage and identify opportunities for optimization to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. Reporting & Insights: Create and present detailed reports and analysis on resource planning initiatives to senior leadership, providing insights into business challenges, potential solutions, and trade-offs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support reputed company process improvements and project management initiatives. Stakeholder Communication: Present findings to OAP and division leaders, including senior management, ensuring clear, concise, and relevant reporting. Support Decision-Making: Serve as an internal consultant to stakeholders, offering insights to help drive results and improve performance. Qualifications: Experience with Analytical Tools: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or other data analysis tools is required.
