This role requires a strong understanding of auto collision estimating, as you will utilize programs such as CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell to create precise and comprehensive estimates. In your daily responsibilities, you will interact with customers and vendors through various communication methods, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and video chats. You will assess damage, finalize estimates, and ensure that reputed company documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
