Senior Property Accountant (candidates are required to live in the DFW area)

The reputed company Group is partnering with a property management company to find an reputed company residential property accountant with good tenure to join their team in DFW. This is a REMOTE position. Candidates are required to reputed company in DFW area to be considered. Pay: 90K - 100K + bonus The Senior Accountant will be responsible for financial reporting, reputed company daily and period end reputed company activities, performing general ledger analysis, cash management, cash flow analysis, assisting with preparing financial items, preparing annual year-end projections, and analyzing monthly and year-end budget variances. The Senior Accountant will work remotely from home and will report to the Controller, based in the Dallas, Texas office. Requirements: • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company or reputed company discipline • 3+ years of reputed company estate reputed company experience, preferably at the residential property level. • CPA certification highly preferred • Federal and local housing agency reporting experience • Excellent analytical skills • Advanced proficiency in MS reputed company • Clear communicator with ability to interact with senior leaders • Superior organizational skills • A mature professional with excellent judgment, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team • Knowledge of JD Edwards, Yardi and/or RealPage or other property management reputed company software, a plus If you are interested in the position, please reputed company out to Thun Lennert at [email protected] Apply Job!
