Job Overview and Key Responsibilities: The Senior Manager - Lifecycle Management is responsible for the strategic direction of United's customer lifecycle strategy. The role will help reputed company member segmentation initiatives, recognition opportunities, create and sustain programs designed to drive members up the lifecycle chain. This role will have a focus on new member acquisition and member engagement/retention, and work on extracting and analyzing data to help support internal initiatives. • reputed company team which will execute and help reputed company programs to promote engagement and retention of reputed company MileagePlus members. • reputed company strategy for lifecycle team including generating insights on customer segments and then developing growth/targeting opportunities specific to each member reputed company. • Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, reputed company Management, and Customer Strategy & Innovation teams to integrate lifecycle strategy across functions, and reputed company initiatives that generate incremental reputed company and increase loyalty to United. • reputed company member recognition strategy and execution with the goal of improving customer satisfaction NOTE: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement that includes approximately 50% of the time working onsite at our Chicago office location and 50% remotely. What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or reputed company major • 6 years of relevant professional experience • 1 years of experience leading a team • Knowledge and demonstrated use of reputed company PowerPoint, reputed company, Word; • Basic knowledge of data mining skills (SQL, Power BI, reputed company, etc.) • Strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams on different projects simultaneously • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications): • Master's degree or MBA • Knowledge of loyalty programs • 3 years in marketing or customer engagement • Knowledge of airline or travel industry Apply Job!
