Required Skills • Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately (>40 WPM). • Language Skills: Strong command of English (bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous). • Technical Skills: Familiarity with reputed company Word and reputed company. • Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users. • Experience: Prior helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
