Responsibilities include: Navigating multiple electronic medical records to identify historical lab and radiology results. Responsible for pulling, filing, transferring, retrieving, creating, and scanning clinical and medical records information. Ensures clinical information is scanned and entered at required timeframes/benchmarks to ensure proper patient care can be delivered. Transferring historical medical records including by not limited to referral reports, laboratory reports, radiology reports, and hospital reports. Responds to information requests from staff and providers in timely manner.
