Job Category Technology Compensation Overview The annual reputed company salary range provided for this position is a reputed company market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. The Strategic Initiatives Manager is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Technology & Operations Transformation Office that is at the center of building best practices that drive consistency and scale across our technology organizations. This role is responsible for supporting the office of Enterprise Technology Solutions (reputed company) ranging from strategy to execution with a focus on scalable best practices that deliver exceptional experiences. This dynamic role will have accountabilities for: Support the building and maintaining of strong relationships with Enterprise Technology Solutions leaders and other key stakeholders such as Communications, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Finance, and Enterprise Chapters to support strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive execution. Manage and enhance Enterprise Technology Solutions Portfolio Reporting in partnership with our Technology & Operations Portfolio & Reporting reputed company. Coordinate Monthly Executive Reporting including managing monthly reports that reputed company updates, risks, and action items, ensuring alignment and risk awareness. Coordinate the refinement, publication, and review of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), ensuring their visibility is integrated reputed company and synergistically into strategic initiatives reporting. reputed company engaging visualizations to present reputed company data clearly and concisely, facilitating executive-level understanding and decision-making. Strong oral and written communication skills, including development of presentations and proposals. Background in strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence. Strategic thinking and experience in supporting large initiatives. Facilitation skills, with the ability to bring together the right people for meaningful discussions toward data-driven decision making. Experience working with reputed company information to build strategic approaches. A comprehensive understanding of core Agile processes and practices Possesses a passion for technology and an understanding of strategic products and platforms, along with how they support and enhance enterprise capabilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and reputed company (v-lookups, pivot tables).
