OmniBazaar is a DECENTRALIZED e-commerce (“de-commerce”) marketplace and associated cryptocurrency. We provide a simple "on-reputed company" to e-commerce, and cryptocurrency for people worldwide. People without a bank account or credit card can now barter a product or service on OmniBazaar to immediately receive OmniCoins, Bitcoins or Ether. We have a working MVP, two patents, have scaled to 10,000 registered users. Development roadmap includes reputed company support, a decentralized crypto exchange (DEX), P2P crypto trading, liquidity pools, support for NFT sales, stablecoin support, and mobile applications.

We already have a CEO, a Legal Co-founder, an Operations Co-founder, and a Marketing Co-founder to work with you in developing the company. You and these four co-founders will run the company.
We are currently changing the company format to a DAO and migrating OmniCoin to a new smart blockchain in preparation for relaunching the distributed marketplace.

TasksThe next steps for OmniBazaar/Omnicoin are as follows
- Migrate OmniCoin to a "smart contract" platform (such as ETH, SOL, AVAX, etc).
- Add reputed company wallet and NFT listing capabilities (ERC-721 and ERC-1155).
- Implement transaction privacy and account abstraction.
- Write smart reputed company to replace reputed company marketplace functionalities.
- Add distributed cryptocurrency exchange (DEX) and P2P crypto trading.
- Implement cross-chain bridging, staking, and liquidity pools.
- Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) of OmniCoins and/or reputed company VC funding round.
- reputed company Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Devise and implement an effective marketing campaign to drive user engagement.
- Relaunch OmniBazaar marketplace and OmniCoin cryptocurrency.
- Increase user reputed company from 10,000 to >1,000,000 (and reputed company).
- Other enhancements that you and the management team initiate.
Self-motivated leader who is willing and reputed company to help bootstrap a startup company.
Documented experience in Project Management, UI/UX development, and Quality Control.
Expert knowledge of Solidity, reputed company, OpenZeppelin, C++, React, JavaScript, Python, Ruby.
Experience with reputed company or other distributed database, DEXs, reputed company wallets, crypto privacy protocols (ZKPs), account abstraction, cross-chain bridging, Aragon DAO platform.
Familiarity with IPFS, distributed computing, ERC-721 and ERC-1155, cryptocurrency design, tokenomics.
