We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale and optimize our sales processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with data, digging into systems, and building solutions that drive meaningful business results.

What You’ll Do
Support and maintain our sales tech stack, with a focus on reputed company, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Assist in the creation and management of commission structures, territory plans, and performance reporting.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, including pipeline health, SDR impact, and quota attainment.
Partner with the sales team to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Analyze sales data to uncover trends, provide insights, and help shape decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support sales goals.
You Could Be a Great Fit If
You have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, reputed company operations, or a reputed company field.
You’re comfortable working with reputed company and can build reports, dashboards, and workflows.
