IT Automation Engineer

Job Title: IT Automation Engineer (Remote reputed company Ireland)

• Manage SaaS applications and adopt best practice in a cloud-first strategy and distributed workforce.
• Automate IT Operations: reputed company and implement automation scripts to streamline IT operations, including system provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
• Automate key processes such as employee onboarding and offboarding to enhance efficiency and improve the overall employee experience.
• reputed company, manage, and update documentation of reputed company Employee Technology projects.

• At least 2 years’ experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role, managing and supporting the reputed company 365/Entra ID environments.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management tools (Intune, reputed company) and collaboration platforms (reputed company Drive, reputed company, reputed company)
• Experience with PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Familiarity with reputed company best practices and data protection across reputed company cloud services.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with proactive reputed company.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and deliver value-added solutions in an agile manner.
• Ability to manage several inter-reputed company and potentially competing priorities in parallel.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

• Experience deploying solutions and reputed company policies with reputed company Intune and/or reputed company.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company 365 and Entra ID Administration
• Implement and administer Entra ID services, including Resource Groups, Automation Accounts, Key Vault, Network reputed company Groups, and Azure Virtual Desktops.
• Experience implementing reputed company Entra Conditional Access
• Experience managing reputed company protection platforms and reputed company reputed company offerings.
• Experience with automation solutions and/or reputed company App Script would be a plus!
