Bookkeeper
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in financial reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and reputed company of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using reputed company software.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions reputed company.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Assist in tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Generate financial reports and summaries as needed.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions.
- Support internal audits and work closely with external auditors as needed.
- Maintain and update financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing and reputed company financial tasks.
- Provide support for reputed company financial projects and analysis.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in reputed company software.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience working on a Graveyard shift is a must.
- Must have their laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:
- Processor: Core i5 or higher
- RAM - 8GB or higher
