Position Overview We are currently seeking a People Experience & Programs Intern to join our vibrant team! Key Responsibilities Collaborate in the development and scheduling of captivating content for both internal and external platforms, focusing on internal campaigns and employer branding efforts. Engage with the community by monitoring and responding to third-party reviews and candidate inquiries. Partner with team members to spotlight company events, employee achievements, and cultural initiatives. Maintain and document necessary Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our programs. Assist in coordinating logistics for various People Programs, including the Mentorship Program and Business Acumen Training. Support the Hippo Buddy program logistics to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. Collect feedback to improve program effectiveness and participant satisfaction. Organize and facilitate new hire orientation sessions, ensuring materials are engaging and up-to-date. Required Skills Proficient in crafting engaging content for social media and internal communications. Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships and interactions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with employees at reputed company levels. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks reputed company and meet deadlines.
