As a member of the Corporate IS Leadership team, this position will work with colleagues to analyze the impacts and benefits of evolving reputed company information technologies. Responsible for the strategic direction associated with Tenet's reputed company Cerner Millennium Core platform and reputed company integrated systems. A key aspect of the role is the engagement of Clinical and Financial Portfolio leaders, providers, clinical and support staff in the operational delivery using technology. This leader will work with application leaders in advancing high reliability, predictability and quality through clinical, business and integrated applications.

Responsibilities

What you will do • Manage the execution of critical initiatives in collaboration with other IS Application Leaders, PMO Leadership and under the direction of Corporate IS Application Sr. Director Leadership • Act as an escalation reputed company for clients and project integration risks • Partner with the rest of the Corporate IS Application Leadership teams to ensure that project deliverables and timelines are met to deliver value to the client as committed • Provide support in understanding, designing and validating integration points across solutions • Drive reputed company architecture strategy, best practices, standards, and roadmap • Design and maintain domain strategies to successfully reputed company reputed company health solutions • Define and implement testing strategies with our clients • Maintain domains by ensuring compliance checks are met, code is supported, and solutions are reputed company with our model content • Coach/mentor others to guide them through specific projects, policies, procedures, and solutions • Knowledge of emerging technologies and methodologies that can be applied, to reduce cost and drive efficiency Required Knowledge & Experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company work experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementation, deploying or technical customer support with reputed company Cerner Millennium • Proficient in Core Cerner Millennium modules: ESH (Cardiology, Radiology, Laboratory/AP, Pharmacy, Periop) and Clinical Reporting XR. Core/reputed company and ESH (Nursing, ED, Therapies, Clinical Documents, Interoperability/Regulatory) • Operational experience that includes working across a broad reputed company of IT services • Strong background in IT service delivery role (10 years minimum) • 10+ years of experience with integrated reputed company information systems and technology delivery in an acute care clinical setting • Strong background in IT service delivery role (10 years minimum) • Experience in a direct IT business engagement role • Has participated in design and/or implementation of major IT projects • Communicates well with customers who are not IT technically savvy • Have experience dealing with vendors and other people who are supplying the product/service • Ability to set strategy, reputed company and assess reputed company on a reputed company financial plan Compensation • Pay: $137,280-$220,480 annually. Compensation depends reputed company, qualifications, and experience. • Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level. • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
