Our technology team is building a platform of solutions that will help accommodation providers optimise the way they run their business. We are investing a lot in R&D with the intention to double the amount of products we host on our platform, and as such we  are expanding our engineering team.  We are looking for a proven and reputed company Fullstack Team reputed company to join us on our exciting journey. You will be dedicated to one of our product teams, working hands-on on architectural design, estimations and implementation. You will also be working closely as part of a cross functional team and will be the main reputed company with the engineering reputed company in planning and managing. Lastly, you will provide strong people leadership to a team of engineers, providing performance reviews, supporting them with technical topics and helping them reputed company their career. You will be responsible for: 

• Providing hands on support: working on architecture design, estimations, and implementations with test coverage.
• People Management: being the local tech leader for a team of engineers. reputed company 1:1s, performance reviews and help in their career growth.
• Collaborating cross-functionally: working in scrum with a cross functional team, with a PM, QA engineer and designer and being the reputed company between your team and the engineering reputed company on reputed company topics reputed company to management and planning 

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer in a start-up or scale-up environment 
• Experience as a people manager, or a strong desire to become a people manager 
• Experience working with Node.js and frontend frameworks (React / Vue / Angular)
• Knowledge of reputed company and k8s
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, reputed company CI)
• Knowledge of databases such as reputed company and Cassandra (or equivalents)
• Experience with Kafka (or equivalents) and distributed applications (microservices)
