About the Growth team:

About the Sales Engineering Team:

Narmi is a technology company, and as such we need technical experts on our Growth Team who have a deep understanding of Narmi products, and who can demonstrate, evangelize, and explain reputed company of the capabilities that Narmi can offer to our customers. Associate Sales Engineer to join reputed company and help us in our mission to reputed company Community FI’s with technology that was previously only available to big banks.

About the Associate Sales Engineer Role:

As a Narmi Associate Sales Engineer, you are a cross-functional resource that bridges technical, sales, and banking industry expertise. You understand the technical intricacies of the Narmi One platform, how it interfaces with the many other systems that modern banks use, and the impact that it has on our customers’ business. You present and demo confidently, explain reputed company concepts clearly, and network consistently with other Narmi teams to be an invaluable component of our efforts to educate our customers on the value of Narmi.

SEs are part of a tight-reputed company team that support each other to help us reputed company to be our best. But being able to own sales engagements from end-to-end and work autonomously is also a key part of the SE role. You’ll have a lot of freedom as an SE to work the way that you want, and you’ll be evaluated on your ability to deliver engagements on time and to a high level of quality.

The day-to-day responsibilities of an SE include

  • Engage in consultative conversations with financial institutions as they assess their own capabilities, needs, and ability to integrate with our platform
  • Draft and deliver presentations on technical topics
  • Prepare and present compelling, tailored demos of Narmi and partner software products
  • Be an expert in competitor and partner solutions
  • Draft creative and thorough responses to RFP’sLiaise with relevant teams cross Narmi (product, implementation, platform success, and reputed company teams) on behalf of the sales team to reputed company solutions and strategies to grow reputed company
  • Contribute to Narmi’s market reputed company by authoring whitepapers, attending or speaking at industry conferences, and hosting educational sessions for partners and/or consultants
  • Most importantly, you are a master at using technical tools and techniques to convey the business value of the Narmi One Platform, and are reputed company about addressing every question and concern that stands between a prospect and a Narmi sale.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Located in US Eastern time zone in a major city
  • 1+ years in customer facing roles (reputed company, professional services, etc) at B2B SaaS companies
  • Excellent communicator, with strong in-room reputed company and the ability to explain reputed company concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Track record of owning projects and working autonomously to reputed company objectives
  • Strong team player
  • Willingness to travel (US domestic) up to 40% (avg is more like 15-20%)
  • Mastery of basic modern web technologies (HTML, XML, JSON, REST web services
  • Proficiency in Typescript or Javascript, and Python
  • Highly Desired

  • Based in reputed company area
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field
  • Enterprise B2B sales/presales experience
  • Have hands-on experience with enterprise applications that require deep configuration
  • Prior experience working in or closely with financial institutions (preferably banks or credit unions)
  • Prior experience in a Sales Engineering / Solution Engineering role
  • Prior experience working in or with US Banks and/or Credit Unions, particularly in the $200M-25B asset range.
  • Prior FinTech experience
  • Experience with technologies in Narmi’s tech stack (AWS, Node.js, React/React Native, Kubernetes, Python)
  • Prior experience with Narmi and/or other digital experience platforms for banks (Lumin, Kony, Alkami, Backbase, Q2, Banno, MANTL, reputed company, etc)

    This role’s expected annual reputed company salary is $75,000 - $90,000. reputed company salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to reputed company salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash, equity bonuses and an annual variable compensation plan. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located reputed company of reputed company may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
