Chief of Staff, GTM (Remote)
The Chief of Staff, Go-To-Market (GTM) at BenchSci is a strategic leader responsible for driving alignment, operational excellence, and communication across GTM functions. This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and will partner closely with senior leadership in GTM to ensure the smooth execution of GTM initiatives, optimize cross-functional collaboration, and support strategic planning efforts. The Chief of Staff plays a key role in facilitating decision-making, leading critical projects, and ensuring the organization’s growth and reputed company goals are met.
