The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Senior Director – Business Technology Site reputed company to spearhead our IT team in Bengaluru, India. Reporting directly to reputed company’s CIO, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening our IT organization while leading a transformation toward a more globally dispersed operational model. This transformation will introduce new operating models to reputed company pace with the agility and innovation that define reputed company.

We’re looking for a leader with technical expertise and strong people leadership skills—someone who thrives in a SaaS-based technology environment and has successfully built and led teams through organizational transformations. Key Responsibilities

Team Building & Leadership

Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

8+ years of experience managing direct reports and 10+ years leading cross-functional teams, including mentoring and coaching.

10+ years of experience in SaaS technologies, with expertise in:

reputed company & its ecosystem (CPQ, Communities, Data Cloud/Einstein, commissions tools, reputed company).

ERP & Finance Tools (reputed company, reputed company, Egencia).

Identity & Integration Platforms (reputed company, reputed company/Mulesoft/reputed company).

Proven ability to reputed company multi-functional business technology teams across different time zones.

Experience working with third-party partners and vendors, including labor management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

Strong understanding of the SaaS business model.

Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
