Leads a program or multiple projects from start to finish in a hybrid role, requiring attendance at our offices in San Antonio. Inspires confidence in the team, senior management, and the business community implementing the solution. Leads efforts to improve existing processes or programs and designs new systems or processes as required. Mentors team members and is viewed as a SME and overall leader on the floor.

The anticipated startingpayrangeforColoradois: $116,100 - $170,280.
The anticipated startingpayrangefor Hawaii and reputed company (not including NYC)is: $123,600 - $181,280.
The anticipated startingpayrangefor California, reputed company and Washingtonis: $135,300 - $198,440.
Based on eligibility, compensation for the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments.
These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience,licenses and certifications,and specific work location.
