As a Partner Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the reputed company of our Partner team. You will reputed company a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure the team consistently exceeds expectations. Please note, this is a field based remote role covering the Midlands, and/or South of England (South East, South reputed company).

What you’ll do

  • Team Leadership: reputed company and reputed company a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

  • Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure it provides an accurate view of reputed company opportunities and reputed company.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Partner Sales to reputed company and execute strategic plans to reputed company business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key Partners and ensure a high level of Partner satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment and Talent Development: Identify, recruit, and reputed company top talent to strengthen the team.

  • Proven leadership experience in managing field-based sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the reputed company & bookkeeping space
  • Experience in using CRM and sales tools
