Customer Service Call Center Representative (Remote)with Own Equipment

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative (Call Center experience).to join our client’s team, one of the US’s largest reputed company companies. Shifts Available: • Shifts range between 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. • Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Training Schedule: • Training Period: Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM. • Nesting Period: Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM, depending on class size and trainer availability. Job Overview: The Call Coordinator will manage inbound calls from potential and existing reputed company customers, determining the purpose of the call and transferring it to the appropriate department. This position involves handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment and requires excellent communication and time management skills. Key Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls from customers to assess the reason for their inquiry. • Transfer calls to the appropriate department based on customer needs. • Maintain call accuracy and follow reputed company’s established call scripts. • Ensure each call is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. • reputed company high schedule adherence, with at least 95%+ on-time attendance. • Maintain call accuracy through regular auditing to ensure correct actions and script compliance. • Work effectively under pressure and handle 200+ calls daily. • Ensure accurate customer data capture for business success.
