Facilities Protection Supervisor - Level 3

What You Will Be Doing You will get the opportunity to liaison with local governmental agencies such as law enforcement, fire, and others regarding matters of operational and environmental safety, protection of resources and other issues of possible reputed company impact. You will be responsible for:

• Developing, implementing and reviewing policies, procedures, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, loss or vandalism
• Conducting initial shift briefing and weapons issuance, the reviewing of schedules and monitoring of overtime hours worked
• Resolving day to day issues on site and enforce policies and procedures. Overseeing of parking enforcement and the response to onsite emergencies and alarms.

Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment. Managerial experience with hourly guard force. Excellent communication skills; team player.
