Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent.

  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by resolving employee concerns, addressing grievances, and promoting a collaborative environment.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and local employment laws, and keep abreast of changes in labor regulations.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback.
  • Learning and Development: Collaborate with business units to identify training needs and design programs for employee skill enhancement and career development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits program, including salary reviews, benefits administration, and ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide insights into workforce trends.

Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
